Why we give free estimates (with repair)? [not bulk price]

Every camera has it's own unique problem, problems often appear to be big but surprisingly actually are small and simple. Why should we penalize our customers?.

It is to our customers best interest, for us to check and estimate each camera in need of repair, we will NOT give estimate by phone.

Estimates are free! (if you leave the item for repair), Your only cost is the shipping, it is quite possible we will buy your broken camera if you feel that you do not want it anymore.

Walters Repair Suggest : How to keep you camera in good shape?

1- Don't leave any camera in a car. Excessive vibration or heat will cause trouble.

2- Remove batteries, if not in use for extended period of time.

3- Have your equipment checked once a year by a reliable repair shop.

4- Make sure batteries are fresh and good quality.

5- Sand and water are to be avoided.

6- Filters on your lens are good insurance against denting the barrel and protecting the lens from dirt.

7- Don't use cleaning solvents on cameras or lenses.

8- Never force the last exposure.

9- Don't use photographic lens tissue for cleaning lenses.

10- Your camera is your best friend, it keeps your memories alive on pictures.
